The part-time and permanent employment contract was signed this morning at Palazzo dei Leoni by the forty-seven ASU employees of the Metropolitan City of Messina.
The Personnel Director, Dr., signed the deed on behalf of the former Province. Giorgio La Malfain the presence of the Metropolitan Mayor Dr. Federico Basile, of the General Director of the Institution, Dr. Giuseppe Campagna and the previous General Director Dr. Except Puccio.
In detail, there are thirty-four units in the “Expert Operator in Administrative Support” profile, eight units in the “Technical Expert Operator” profile and five units in the “Administrative Instructor” profile.
“I am proud and above all chappy that the forty-seven ex-ASU have signed a new stable contract, – declared Basile – a concrete result and a tangible signal of the policy of action which represents a significant step towards the valorization and job security for many citizens. The stabilization of these workers not only strengthens the city’s employment fabric, but also demonstrates a political will to face the challenges of precariousness with determination, demonstrating that, with a clear vision and courageous decisions, it is possible to build a better future for the community.
Along the same line of thought were the interventions of the Campaign Director, his predecessor Puccio and the La Malfa Manager who underlined the importance of this day which constitutes the right recognition for the forty-seven employees and marks the beginning of a new career path full of commitments aimed at achieving institutional objectives. Finally, it was underlined that all this was possible thanks to the financial solidity that the organization has acquired in recent years with the current and previous management of De Luca.
