«In the lexicon of the Ezzedin al-Qassam Brigades there is no place for the principle of surrender or surrender to the enemy. The mediators must find a solution that guarantees the continuation of the ceasefire.” This was declared by the military wing of Hamas, reported by the Times of Israel, while around 150 militiamen are trapped in the Rafah tunnels, in the area under control of the Israeli army. According to rumours, the delay in the delivery of the body of soldier Hadar Goldin, which Hamas claims to have recovered yesterday in Rafah, is linked to the negotiation to get the militiamen out towards an area of Gaza not controlled by the IDF.

The military wing of Hamas has announced that the body of Lieutenant Goldin, killed in the 2014 war in Gaza, will be returned to Israel at 2pm local time (1pm in Italy).
