A detailed and meticulous operation, the result of weeks of observations and investigative activity, led to the arrest of a young man aged just twenty, born in 2005, (identified by the initials CLP), held responsible for an alleged drug dealing activity in the area between Lattarico and Montalto Uffugo. An arrest that puts the spotlight back on the serious drug emergency that continues to affect even the smallest towns in the province of Cosenza, undermining the social fabric and putting especially the younger sections of the population at risk. The operation was conducted by the Carabinieri of the Lattarico Station, with the support of the soldiers of the Montalto Uffugo Station and the canine units of the Vibo Valentia Carabinieri Group, which proved decisive in the search phases.
