The Brothers of Italy will always be involved and, presumably, the new budget councilor will still be a woman, after the very noisy resignation of Giulia Bifano which intersected, willy-nilly, with the controversies of the “rags” over the private voice message of Mayor Murone which was “leaked” to the point of becoming a public case. Given that Bifano’s resignation is caused by much more serious reasons – “a situation had emerged which, despite mutual respect for roles, made it increasingly complex to carry out my mandate with the full effectiveness and serenity required” – the only thing that is certain and certain is that we are not in the best of times for a change of formation in the council, especially as regards the most important department of all, which should already be fully operational for the 2026-28 budget forecast: after the extensions from Rome, in fact, it was possible to skip the “old” deadline within the previous year and there is now time until 28 February for approval by the council and the Council.
