The “ESG Sustainable Business” event, promoted by Confimea Calabria, dedicated to the themes of sustainability, corporate welfare and ESG certifications as strategic development levers for SMEs and professionals, will be held on 13 February at 2.30pm at the Hotel BV President in Rende.
The national president of Confimea, Roberto Nardella, will participate in the initiative and will bring to Cosenza the Confederation’s vision of a new business culture, capable of combining competitiveness, social responsibility and environmental attention. An increasingly central approach in the national and European economic context, also in light of the new regulations and opportunities linked to sustainable finance.
The President of Confimea Calabria, Massimiliano Esposito, will open the proceedings, illustrating the role of the Confederation as a territorial development infrastructure in support of Calabrian SMEs and professionals. This will be followed by speeches by Ernestino Lavorato and Massimo Cundari on the topic of corporate welfare management, by Oscar Magnani on the development of ESG and certifications, and by Laura Guerra, who will present the EBIGEN consultancy platform and services.
To conclude the afternoon, the speech by Giuseppe Chirolanza, Area Manager South, dedicated to development prospects and synergies for Calabrian entrepreneurship. The event will close with a moment of networking, confirming Confimea’s commitment to creating concrete opportunities for discussion and growth for the local production fabric.
