‘Ndrangheta in Cosenza, 41 bis starts for former boss Roberto Porcaro

Roberto Porcaromember of the strategic direction of the “confederate” gangs operating in the urban area, he was assigned to the special detention regime of 41 bis. The measure was notified to him yesterday in the Terni prison where he is being held.

Porcaro, defended by the lawyer Mario Scarpelli of the Bruzio Bar, last year he had staged the beginning of a collaboration with the magistrates of the Catanzaro anti-mafia prosecutor’s office who, however, did not give him credit. In recent months, in the home of Porcaro’s ex-brother-in-law, the police had found a trolley containing 389,000 euros in cash.
