He chose not to answer the investigating judges today, Daniel D’Alessandro, called ‘Belbuono’arrested on 11 April for the murder of the historic Head of the Ultra Interista Vittorio Boiocchi, killed with gunshots on 29 October 2022 under the house in Milan. The 29 -year -old had been blocked in Bulgaria on a European arrest warrant. He was delivered to Italy in recent days and this morning he was questioned by judge Daniela Cardamone in the Milanese prison of San Vittore, assisted by the lawyer Daniele Barelli.
The arrests for the Boiocchi murder had arrived in one of the strands of the maxi investigation on the curves of San Siro with an order that also concerned the now former collaborator and former leader of the North Curve Andrea Beretta, who admitted that he was the principal of killing for the merchandising deal and other business. In addition to D’Alessandro, alleged material executor (he would have fired) with Pietro Andrea Simoncini, Linked to the ‘Ndrangheta, in front of the investigating judge they had already made use of the faculty not to answer all the arrested, of which Beretta spoke in the minutes, with findings then acquired in the investigations of the Mobile Police Team. Among them Marco Ferdic, who was in the Board of the North, and the Father Gianfranco – to whom Beretta alleged principal, as a report, would have given 50 thousand euros for the murder – and also Cristian Ferrariothat the scooter used by the performers integrated. It is not excluded, however, that someone can decide to make interrogation with the prosecutors. D’Alessandro, as explained by his defender, has never made declarations on the facts and continues “to the state to follow this line”. The defense specified that “reserves the complete vision of the documents” and that it will follow “the evolution of the procedure”.
