Netanyahu does not allow a vote on an agreement with Lebanon: “Hezbollah is opposed, there is no agreement”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said during a cabinet meeting with government ministers that he will not put the latest version of the US-brokered ceasefire agreement with Lebanon to a vote until Hezbollah accepts the terms. Ynet reports it. The ministers, criticizing the fragile ceasefire, called for it to be put to a government vote. Netanyahu, however, refused to call a vote, telling ministers that “there is no agreement at the moment” because Hezbollah refused to accept the terms. “Hezbollah opposes it, so I won’t make a decision.”
