In the aftermath of the signing at the Cittadella of the framework agreement on the construction of the new hospital of Cosenza at the University, the debate gained momentum. Yesterday at Palazzo dei Bruzi the city council met to express appropriate assessments – underlined the mayor, Franz Caruso and the president of the assembly, Giuseppe Mazzuca in the note convening the council meeting – on the location of the Hub hospital in Cosenza.
Numerous local administrators in the area also took part in the meeting, open to the public. Caruso himself, in his final report, rejecting “the decisions made from above”, remarked: “Where we would like it to arise is not a question of bell tower, but of strategy, coherence, vision and common good”.
