From the coast to the hinterland, from one end to the other in Calabria, the commitment of the Subcommissary to Tonino Daffinà purification which operates in perfect synergy with the COmissario Fabio Fatuzzoin the common recipients of the Community infringement procedure.
In recent days under the magnifying glass, the center of Greenhousein the Pedemontana area of the Presila, currently under the aegis commissioner. A fairly vast area, on which the intervention called “works to complete the sewage collectors and the construction of new purification plants in improved locations, Nocelle, San Michele, Serre, Sovereto, Viral and Accaria-Ferretti is foreseen, as well as the strengthening of the plants of the Immaculate Concear locations, Accommodation Rosario, Costa, Cancello 2, Cancello-Timpa and corners of the Municipality of Serrastretta.
The loan, at first, amounted to 2,106,000.00 euros, to be worth on the Por Calabria 2014/2020, with the municipality of Serrastretta identified as the implementing subject. It was only after the takeover of the extraordinary commissioner unique for the purification, in August 2023, as the implementing subject, that the new RUP, the engineer Antonio Stranges, asked for and obtained an update of the technical and economic feasibility project, in line with the new qualities of the Region, no longer corresponding to those of the time in which the work had been financed. As it would have been easy to imagine, at the end of the process, it was discovered that the figure to be placed on the trip to triple the original financing, with the consequent need to proceed with the design of a functional lot covered by the available financing of € 2,106,000. Somma, however, that the Region had to finish with FSC 2021/2027 funds, since the previous allocation, with POR 2014/2020 funds, had now been defined, after the deadline for use, or, on December 31, 2023.
We therefore moved on to the final project of the first functional lot which involves the re -seller of the purifier existing for the center of Serrastretta, as well as the construction of new network sections, in areas not served by the country and the construction of an additional purification system that serves the three populous fractions of corners, gate and improvement. Operation that alone, however, does not solve all the existing problems. The prefectural commissioners, Roberta Molè (Commissioner and Vice -prefect added) and Luigi Bigagnoli (Subcommissary), did not, in fact, have hesitated to detect how they should also intervene in the other fraction, that of the steel, to get to an important milestone for the entire urban agglomeration. Design, the latter, for which, a further million euros is needed, as noted by the sole manager of the procedure. Resources that would allow you to complete the second functional lotto, obtaining a high percentage of collected and treated load.
