Passports in Messina: the priority agenda on the booking portal has been activated. It is dedicated to those who need to obtain the document within the following 30 days and which will also allow those who have already obtained a reservation for a more distant date to book. In fact, a new “priority” booking function has been active on the online passport application since 12 March, dedicated to users who have not obtained a reservation on the ordinary agenda in good time and who, for documented reasons (health, work, study, tourism…), are urgent to obtain the passport within 30 days. Since March, the Messina Police Headquarters has allocated new resources to respond more adequately to requests for passport issuance. The opening hours of the Passport Office to the public have been increased, which receives users from Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm, and on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, also in the afternoon, from 3pm to 6pm.
