Nicky Katt, the aggressive bully of Dazed and Confused clin of Richard Linklater, committed suicide. The actor, who was 54 years old, was found hanged in his house in the Los Angeles area. The TMZ website learned it. Katt’s body was discovered on April 8 in the bedroom by the landlord who had already visited him a week to tell him that he was late with the payment of the rent.
A ticket was not found that explains the reasons for the tragic gesture, said the sources of TMZ. Born in South Dakota, Katt had started his career as a child actor in the 80s, appearing in TV series such as Chips, Fantasy Island and V. had become known for parts of intense and often morally ambiguous characters, both in cinema and on television. Among his television roles, he had starred in Monk, Law & Order and Boston Public, in the latter with the part of the nonconformist teacher of a public school.
