The countdown has started which, within a few weeks, will lead to the manager of the Cineteatro Manfroce. In recent days, the next passages have been disclosed through the publication of the expression of interest aimed at identifying the manager of the structure. Until April 7, it was possible to submit an application for the management of the structure. The expression of interest, through a public evidence procedure with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, provides that the concessionaire must pay an annual concession fee on the auction amount of 18 thousand euros.
The tender operations will take place and start at Palazzo San Nicola, headquarters of the Municipality of Palmi, on May 7 at 10 am, with the judging commission that will proceed with the opening of the packages regularly received to check the administrative documentation presented by the participants for the purpose of admission to the tender. Also in public session, the technical offers of the competitors admitted in order to verify the content of the same and to ascertain the presence of the requested documentation.
