The deceased patient, during his hospitalization due to persistent gallstones, would have had an arrhythmia problem, pancreatitis and bronchopneumonia and also ended up on dialysis. In short, the clinical picture became more complicated as the days went by and ended in death. The family members therefore decided to submit a formal complaint to the investigating judiciary to ascertain any responsibilities.
