The Assembly of Members of Fiaip (Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents) of Messina, meeting in the Consultation Room of the Chamber of Commerce, reconfirmed Maria Letizia Mangiapane to the presidency of the Provincial Council with unanimity of votes.
The re-election, which starts the mandate for the next four years, is a sign of strong cohesion for the Federation. The councilors were elected together with President Mangiapane Salvatore Bellingheri, Giuseppe Caristi, Vincenzo D’Italia, Carlo Giuffrida, Margherita Patti and Santo Puleo.
President Mangiapane immediately outlined the path for the next four years, ensuring that she wanted to continue the path undertaken to make the category “ever stronger, recognized and protagonist of the real estate market”.
Among the new commitments awaiting Fiaip Messina, the request for collaboration made by the Municipality’s investee companies stands out, A.ris.Mé and Patrimonio Messinafor the purchase of houses.
A crucial point of the program is the strengthening the dialogue with the Chamber of Commerce for more incisive action in fight against illegal activity. The objective is to protect not only citizens, but also professionals who operate in full compliance with the rules and principles of impartiality.
Finally, among the priorities of the new mandate is the publication of a periodic report on the performance of the provincial real estate market. This initiative aims to enhance Fiaip as authoritative source of industry data and analysisproviding a qualified point of reference for operators and citizens on the trend of sales and real estate values in the province.
