The president of the Province, Corrado L’Andolina, has no doubts about his permanence on the highest seat of the intermediate body, despite the forfeiture of the Council which occurred on Tuesday following the resignation of 7 out of 10 councilors (Pagnotta, Lo Schiavo and Franzè of the centre-right; Lacquaniti, Calafati and Papa of the centre; Schinella of the Pd).
Indeed, in the opinion of L’Andolina, the absence of the meeting is one more reason to remain at the helm of the Province: «The organization cannot remain without a Council and without a President».
