Public competitions, the new rules: here’s what changes for recruiting the public administration

The rules for the recruitment in the public administration. The new decreeapproved in recent weeks and now published in Official Gazetteintroduces unique public competitions for the hiring of leaders, common professionals and high professionalism in Central functions (ministries, tax agencies, non -cheap public bodies).

The competitions will be organized by Department of Public Function with the support of the Commission for the implementation of the public administration’s redevelopment project.

Hiring in municipalities: more opportunities for technicians and ITS Academy

The decree also provides for the hiring of digital expertsallocating the 10% of savings deriving from the turnover.

However, this limitation is suspended until the end of 2025allowing greater sliding of the rankings and an increase in intake opportunities.
