Not just a recovery plan but also a real industrial plan. The document presented by Catanzaro Servizi to the bankruptcy judge contains in 80 pages the fate of the investee company, between a crisis that has its roots in the past and a future still to be written but outlined in the actions to be undertaken. Inside there are all the critical issues, or rather the “chronicities” that the subsidiary has been carrying with it for years. It is not new that the financial situation presents “elements of serious difficulty regarding financial flows and the ability to meet obligations towards suppliers and the Treasury”. With repercussions also on the salaries of employees: the Municipality has in fact decided to activate article 11 of the procurement code by replacing itself, as contracting authority, in the payment of workers.
