The institutional framework of the Municipality of Reggio Calabria is completed. After the election of Francesco Cannizzaro as mayor, the city councilors who will become part of the new city assembly were also proclaimed. It took more than fifteen days to get a complete and definitive picture.

The new city council will be made up of representatives of the lists linked to the elected mayor and those representing the coalitions that supported the other candidates for the office of mayor.

The councilors elected from the lists linked to Francesco Cannizzaro

Massimo Antonino Ripepi was elected for the Popular Alternative list.

Demetrio Marino, Serena Antonia Mangano, Giuseppe Billardi and Daniela De Blasio join the Council for Fratelli d’Italia.

For the Together we can list, Carmine Miriam Pitasi was elected.

Mario Cardia was elected for Noi Moderati.

The Reggio Futura list will be represented by Filomena Marialuisa Curatola, Marco Parisi and Filimena Iati.

For the Cannizzaro Mayor list, Paolo Billardi, Nicola Zera Falduto, Fabio Giuseppe Colella, Manuela Iati and Stefano Maria Vilasi were elected.

For Forza Italia, Antonino Maiolino, Federico Andrea Milia, Giuseppe Eraclini, Paolo Paviglianiti and Rocco Lascala join the Council.

Antonino Caridi and Giuseppe De Biasi were elected for the League, while Gianluca Califano will sit in the chamber for Action.

The councilors of the lists linked to Domenico Battaglia

Among the candidates linked to Domenico Donato Battaglia (not elected mayor, but will go to the City Council), who was not elected to the office of mayor, Carmelo Romeo for the La Svolta list, Francesco Catalano for Reset, Marcantonino Malara, Carmelo Versace and Giuseppe Marino for the Democratic Party, Filippo Quartruccio for Casa Riformista and Demetrio Delfino for the Green-Left Alliance enter the Council.

Also in the City Council is Saverio Pazzano, an unelected mayoral candidate.

The official proclamation thus closes the electoral phase and opens the administrative activity of the new Reggio Calabria City Council.
