«The establishment of the new governance of the Metropolitan City is a fundamental step in defining the socio-economic and employment development trajectories of our territory. To effectively face the great challenges that await us, it is essential and essential that the organization carries out an overall review of its staff, focusing on the valorisation of the internal professionalism already present and planning new hires to fill staff gaps and give new energy to administrative action. At the same time, it is urgent to reopen and accelerate the discussion with the Calabria Region for the effective and complete assignment of the mandates foreseen for the Metropolitan Cities”. To do this, a solid organizational machine is needed, valorised in its internal skills and reinvigorated by new work forces, capable of guaranteeing quality rights and services. The attribution of clear delegations and certain resources by the Region, combined with careful planning of human resources, will allow the Metropolitan City to directly manage crucial junctions”.
