«The establishment of the new governance of the Metropolitan City is a fundamental step in defining the socio-economic and employment development trajectories of our territory. To effectively face the great challenges that await us, it is essential and essential that the organization carries out an overall review of its staff, focusing on the valorisation of the internal professionalism already present and planning new hires to fill staff gaps and give new energy to administrative action. At the same time, it is urgent to reopen and accelerate the discussion with the Calabria Region for the effective and complete assignment of the mandates foreseen for the Metropolitan Cities”.
