To tell the truth, the dispute was pending before the TAR Laziowho declared himself incompetent: «The censored measures and to which the articulated complaints refer have direct effect within the Calabria region alone, being an environmental compatibility assessment relating to the construction of a docking pier for ferries for the road transport of cars and heavy vehicles within the port of Reggio Calabria”. The competent court is the Reggio Regional Administrative Court, before which the proceedings were summarized.
And it will be a double battle because on the same date the other appeal brought by the “Diano” company against the no to the state maritime concession to create the landing places for heavy vehicles in Pentimele arrives before the TAR.
