Thursday evening the proclamation of the mayor of Reggio Calabria, already an intense morning on Friday for Francesco Cannizzaro. In fact, the mayor did the honors of the house on the occasion of the celebration of the 212th anniversary of the foundation of the Carabinieri. He welcomed Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and the ministers who arrived on the Strait for a demonstration that turned the spotlight on the city.
The first signatures of Cannizzaro

Immediately afterwards Cannizzaro put on his tie and headed to the seafront. Right there he participated in the Carabinieri party and, above all, received another crowd. Lots of applause, handshakes and a level of approval that at this moment evidently appears high for a mayor who has received the trust of two out of three people from Reggio who went to the polls.
