Local elections, run-off round. Polls closed in Vibo Valentia, Gioia Tauro, Montalto Uffugo. The turnout at 3pm was 49.96% across the three centres. In Vibo Valentiathe only provincial capital in Calabria called to the polls for the second round, the turnout figure dropped by more than 20% compared to the first round. At 3 pm, according to data reported by the Eligendo portal, 45.71% of voters turned out against 66.90%. In Vibo the lowest turnout was recorded also compared to the other two Calabrian municipalities with over 15 thousand inhabitants called to the polls, where there was also a decrease, but where the voters were over the 50% threshold. In Gioia Tauro the voters were 56.10% of those entitled to vote against 63.23% in two weeks; in Montalto Uffugo 50.92% against 61.36%.
