Agents of the PS Commissariat of Sant'Agata di Militello conducted detailed judicial police investigations, under the direction of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Patti, allowing the acquisition of a well-defined accusatory framework against a teacher who – at present – he is provisionally accused of two sexual assaults committed and two attempted assaults against four minor students attending the high school where the suspect teaches.

The provisional complaint concerns alleged groping, caresses, kisses and winks that the teacher allegedly carried out towards the students during class hours.

Patti's GIP positively assessed the broad circumstantial framework offered, strengthened by the narratives of several students who supported this framework.

After the usual formalities, the teacher was ordered not to resume his teaching activity for a year.

It is specified, in any case, that the proceeding is still pending in the preliminary investigation phase, and that, in compliance with the principle of not guilty until a final sentence of conviction, any further investigation that may become necessary will be carried out, also in the interests of the 'investigated.
