The forestry carabinieri of Scalea they seized a building project in the “Vannefora” area, in the municipality of San Nicola Arcella. The measure followed the inspection of a construction site where a building had been built, with relative excavation, in breach of the building permit as ascertained by the surveys carried out on site. Furthermore, the structure was built in an area subject to hydrogeological and seismic constraints in violation and in the absence of the required anti-seismic authorization. Therefore, in relation to the contested crimes, we proceeded with the criminal seizure of the artefact and the denunciation of the client of the works, the company carrying out the works and its technician/designer.
