Second precautionary measure of custody in prison for 35-year-old Giovanni De Luca, already detained since last summer on charges of attempted murder for the shooting that occurred on 21 July on the seafront of Sant’Angelo in Rossano. This time the charge is illegal possession of a firearm. Last Friday, the staff of the Flying Squad of Cosenza and of the Corigliano-Rossano Public Security Police Department in fact executed an order for the application of a precautionary measure for custody in prison issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Castrovillari, at the request of the local Public Prosecutor’s Office, against the thirty-five-year-old.
