The Provincial Committee of Cosenza and the Provincial Directorate of INPS, in collaboration with the Steering and Supervisory Council, want to “bring closer” citizens and go beyond the “walls” of one of the largest and most complex social security institutions in Europe. As? Through the social report with which the administration notifies the work carried out, in order to allow citizens and stakeholders to know and express an opinion on the social value produced by INPS and distributed to stakeholders.
An important public appointment, therefore, scheduled for next Thursday, October 24th at 9am, in the beautiful hall of mirrors in the Province of Cosenza for the presentation of the 2023 Social Report.
In addition to the greetings from the president of the Province, Rosaria Succurro, and the regional director of the INPS, Giuseppe Greco, after the introductory speech by Vincenzo Grillo, president of the provincial committee, reports are expected from Angelo Maria Manna, provincial director of the Inps and Maria Mirabelli, professor of political sociology at Unical.
Then there is space for the social partners with Massimiliano Ianni, general secretary of the CGIL Cosenza; Giuseppe Guido general secretary of Cgil Pollino, Sibaritide, Tyrrhenian Sea; Giuseppe Lavia general secretary of CISL Cosenza; Paolo Cretella general secretary of Uil Cosenza and Guglielmo Nucci confederal secretary of Ugl Cosenza. The conclusions are entrusted to the member of the INPS National Policy and Supervision Council, Ignazio Ganga. The journalist Francesco Mannarino moderates.
“The analysis of the INPS budget represents a privileged point of view as it highlights the social security needs identified by the political decision maker and the institutional role that the INPS has in protecting the community. For some time now, the Institute has combined the traditional “economic” budget with a new reporting tool that provides a multi-dimensional assessment, i.e. not only economic, but also social.
and environmental, of the value created”, reiterated Vincenzo Grillo, president of the provincial committee.
The Provincial Directorate of Cosenza, through the thoughts of the director Angelo Maria Manna, makes it known that it has fully embraced the “conviction that networking in the territory is the main road to building public value, overcoming self-referential logic and promoting an organization extended to the parties social groups with which we work every day, alongside
flank”. Precisely for this purpose, this social report “was designed as a co-participatory report,
shared and drawn up with the precious contribution of the stakeholders with whom we interfaced on a regular basis, through technical and training tables”, states Manna.
Important numbers for the Cosenza office: both for the data relating to contributory income and the disputes that highlight the activity
transversal of the INPS, operational in multiple areas, to support the functioning of the country system.
And both for the paragraph dedicated to performance which allows us to highlight the attention paid by the INPS Provincial Directorate of Cosenza to the needs of users, contributing to the creation of public value. Productivity, and therefore the efficiency of all staff, as well as continuous improvement
of effectiveness (also linked to the timeliness in taking charge and defining requests for
service), place the provincial management among the best performing offices on the national scene.
For this purpose, it was intended to embellish the content of the Social Report with the direct participation of some of the actors representing the various local authorities, who provided their direct contribution. Specifically by the Patronage Bodies, the Order of Labor Consultants, the Order of Accountants, Confindustria and the University. “We are certain that this represents the start of a path destined to become increasingly full of relationships and mutual support”, commented the director.
