In the month of October alone, the Anti-Crime Police Division of the Reggio Calabria Police Headquarters:
– imposed nine “Daspo” measures for illegal conduct in the sports field, two of which with the obligation to sign for five years;
– issued five “warning” measures against individuals who committed persecution and domestic violence;
– issued six “oral warnings”, two of which with further prescriptions against subjects burdened by final convictions for non-negligent crimes, ordering all interested parties to behave in accordance with the law;
– imposed two “mandatory warning” measures by the Municipality of Polistena, against as many subjects resident in Reggio Calabria involved in crimes against property, prohibiting them from returning for a period of two years;
– issued two provisions of “ban on access to urban areas” (so-called Dacur) for one year each, towards as many subjects who, already sanctioned by the investigating bodies, have violated the expulsion order and have become authors of conduct detrimental to urban decorum and the free accessibility of places.
Furthermore, they were formulated at the local Court – section. Prevention Measures, four proposals for the application of special public security surveillance with mandatory residence, towards as many subjects, bearers of generic and qualified social danger, the latter with particular reference to people considered organic in associative contexts for the perpetration of crimes against property.
The measures adopted and proposed certainly represent the result of the synergistic and constant control action of the territory and the effective enforcement activity carried out by the judicial police both in the capital and in the province.
