On the anniversary dedicated to the memory of those who sacrificed their lives for the country, the police commissioner of Vibo Valentia, Rodolfo Ruperti, paid homage to the fallen members of the state police by placing a laurel wreath on the monument dedicated to them at the Student Agents School of Vibo Valentia.

The ceremony, characterized by a moment of silence, testified to the memory of the women and men of the state police who, in the performance of duty, lost their lives, as an example of dedication and gratitude for those who served the community.

At the end of the deposition, a moment of prayer was held, in memory of all the deceased, officiated by the Chaplain of the Police Headquarters, Don Maurizio Raniti, with the participation of the Director of the Police School Dr. Pasquale Ciocca, the representatives of the ANPS, (National Association of the State Police), the Officials, the staff of the Police Headquarters, the Traffic Police Section, the Central Calabria Crime Prevention Department and the Student Officers School.
