Federica Brignone won the giant world cup slalom in aare, in Sweden. Instead, the other blue Sofia Goggia who was second after the first heat came out. Brignone clearly won the race, over time 1.52.67, obtaining his success n.36, the seasonal ninth who approaches the record of eleven detained by Alberto Tomba. Goggia ended up in rotation on a bid while he was in command on the podium and so the New Zealand Alice Robinson (1.54.03) and the Albanian of Italian origin Lara Colturi (1.54.10) went up on the podium. Ninth place for Switzerland Lara Gut-Behrami.
