Stalettì, drugs kept in the car and at home: two young people arrested

Two young people aged 24 and 22 respectively were arrested in Stalettì, held responsible for possession of drugs for the purposes of trafficking. The Carabinieri of Gasperina, during a territorial control service in the evening, they initially stopped the car of the two boys and then continued their checks by searching their homes. Inside the car, 51.3 grams of narcotic substance of the “hashish” type contained in a single cellophane wrapper were found, which they disposed of from the window at the sight of the soldiers but promptly recovered. The checks also continued inside the respective homes of the two boys and in that of the 24-year-old another 1.2 grams of hashish and a precision electronic scale were found. The two young people were then placed under house arrest awaiting trial, which took place yesterday afternoon, at the end of which the Judge of the Court of Catanzaro validated the arrest.
