The Court of Cosenza gave reason to the Municipality of Cosenza regarding the movement of the statue of Giacomo Mancini. The first civil section rejected the precautionary application made by the Foundation entitled to the political man who owns the statue dedicated to the former mayor of Cosenza, given on free loan to the Municipality.
