“Stop operation” in the Messina area. A construction site suspended that employed 50% of the workers in black

During the checks ofThe staff of INL Sicily in service in Messina – as part of the campaign called “Stop operation (safety of all operators)” – Tthe others was inspected a construction site in the province, where a company employed 4 workers, 2 of which were without hiring. The suspension measure of the activity was therefore adopted, with the dispute of the penalty of 2,500 euros, which will follow the maxi-propeller for black work equal to 1,950 euros for each irregular worker. With a separate prescription provision, violations of health and safety have been contested.
