The opportunities of the Messina Social City in support of the young Messinesi. After the public notice for the training of Long Lists for the professional figures of auxiliaries and psychologists, the long -awaited notice of “summer on”, now in its fifth edition, is published today. An initiative now consolidated which, over the years, has allowed hundreds of children to live a training and professional experience at public bodies and private companies operating in different sectors.
Also this year 1,000 beneficiaries will be selected, young people between 16 and 25 years oldunemployed or unemployed for at least a year, which will have the opportunity to carry out a two -month course, with a commitment of 25 hours per week and the recognition of a social inclusion bag. The notice is aimed not only at young people, but also to public and private bodies who want to host the beneficiaries by guaranteeing them experiences of training and job placement. The platform to submit the applications will be open from 7 May to 26 May 2025.
The mayor Federico Basile said: “Summer on him has become a very awaited appointment by our young people. Every year the number of participants and enthusiasm for this initiative grows. We are proud that a project born as a pilot experience is today a solid reality that contributes concretely to the personal and professional growth of the new generations”.
Even the president of Messina Social City, Valeria Asquini, expressed great satisfaction: “Summer on you fit into the largest educational and training path that our special company is carrying out with determination. It is a precious opportunity for many young people, who through this experience can acquire skills and take the first steps towards their professional path. Born during the Administration De Luca as an experimental initiative, “Summer on” has evolved over the years to become a structured and system project, capable of responding to the needs of the territory and promoting economic and social development.
