Judge Caputo first highlighted the need to distinguish bullying from simple adolescent conflicts or juvenile delinquency. In order to be able to talk about bullying, three precise characteristics must coexist: the intention to harm, a clear disparity dictated by age, physical strength or temperament and repetition over time to the detriment of the same targeted victim.
