The redevelopment of the sports complex of an oratory and the rehabilitation of some parishes, the restoration of the Sette Note fountain in Comazzo (Lodi) but also funds for the Capannelle racecourse, for the “stray cat” foundation, for various fighting associations and for some orchestras such as the Sicilian jazz one. The financing of micro measures of a local nature with the Budget Law is not permitted by public accounting rules. But there is always a trick.
Two million to the University of Calabria to create the Center for Advanced Neurosciences
Thus, even in the last budget, a “treasure chest” was set aside which will serve to implement specific agendas for the budget signed by the majority rapporteurs: the allocation is not direct but entrusted to ministerial decrees to be approved within 60 days of the entry into force of the budget law. These are interventions ranging from a minimum of 10 thousand euros to a maximum of 1.8 million. Among the most significant funding are: 1.8 million per year for a two-year period in favor of the Authority guaranteeing the rights of people with disabilities; 1.2 million in 2026 and 1.5 in 2027 to the Misericordie d’Italia; one million a year for two years to the ‘Southern World Ets’ association; a similar allocation also to establish at the Presidency of the Council the fund to support the financial autonomy of women; one million per year for two years to the Italian association of financial educators; another two million in two years at the University of Calabria to create the Center for Advanced Neurosciences; and one million in 2026 and 615 thousand euros in 2027 destined for the National Union of Anti-Mafia Culture Aps of Naples. The Capannelle Hippodrome in Rome is also the recipient of majority funding with one million in 2026. Resources are also arriving for roads and infrastructure, such as funding for the safety of road works in the municipality of Zignago (La Spezia). Furthermore, 450 thousand euros in 2026 will go to the municipality of Bolsena for the redevelopment of the lakefront, 500 thousand euros in 2027 to the municipality of Bassano Teverina (Viterbo) to create a public car park near the municipal building.

Three hundred thousand euros over the two-year period are then allocated to the National Condominium Observatory for the protection of cultural heritage and historic buildings. Funds also for the rehabilitation of various parishes and for the renovation of basilicas and sanctuaries. Among the smaller allocations, however, there are 10 thousand euros to the National Victims Union, to the Telefono donna non-profit organization, to the Casamica association, to the I semper vivi association, but also 20 thousand euros to the Vivaio association. 100 thousand euros per year for two years are also allocated to the Stray Cat association. Various loans to foundations, including De Gasperi with 350 thousand euros in 2026, the San Benedetto education and development foundation of Brescia with 100 thousand euros a year for two years, the Milan Quartet Ets company foundation of Milan with 100 thousand euros in 2026; the ‘European School of industrial engineering and management’ foundation of the Polytechnic of Bari with 250 thousand euros in 2026; the Giuseppe Benedetto Dusmet foundation, with registered office at the Benedictine GB Dusmet monastery in Nicolosi (Catania) with 100 thousand euros in 2027 for the training school for socio-political commitment. Finally, 150 thousand euros a year for two years at the Montelibretti Military Riding Center (Rome) and the same amount for the Albricci military stadium and Calò barracks in Naples.
