The most iconic challenges on television are back, those that pit four romantic, dreamy, in love but also “very wicked” brides against each other on the most important, awaited and planned day of their lives: and Costantino della Gherardesca returns to comment on the fierce competition between brides on their wedding day in the unpublished episodes of Four Weddings, arriving from Sunday 31 May on Sky and streaming only on NOW.
The rules of the game and the ruthless mechanism
The ruthless mechanism of the iconic Sky Original show produced by Banijay Italia does not change: four brides, the protagonists of each of the six episodes, are invited to each other’s weddings to judge four categories with a vote from 0 to 10: dress, food, location and general event.
At the end of each day the brides will reveal their votes – keeping up with the criticisms and recriminations of the opposing brides – which will thus give life to a provisional ranking which can be overturned by Costantino’s bonus, which will reward only one bride with 10 precious points.
The end of the competition will be determined by the arrival of a limousine with only the husband of the winning bride inside: the couple who triumphs in each episode will win a honeymoon trip.
The protagonists of the first episode
In the first episode – expected for Sunday 31 May at 9.15pm on Sky Uno and streaming on NOW, always available on demand and visible on Sky Go – the challenge will be four brides who have decided, on their most special day, to show off themselves and all their passions: Katiuscia, 32 years old from Cosenza, who loves traveling as a couple around the world; Eleonora, 32 years old from Pesaro, who will bring her beloved Ireland with its traditions into her wedding; Helen, 31 years old of Colombian origins, who will try to enrich her ceremony with typically South American ideas and overwhelming Latin dances; Samantha, a 29-year-old from Padua, whose wedding will have an atmosphere inspired by a black elegant party.
Four different styles for just one winner
Each with different personalities, characters and tastes but united by the goal of making their wedding special and perfect, and above all of being the center of attention, the four brides chose their dream dress and took care of the details of their memorable event with extreme precision so that it reflected their tastes and passions.
But can other brides’ weddings ever live up to your own? Which bride will be most determined to win the first title of these new episodes?
