The investigations launched by the DDA of Turin on the companies attributable to the Roman entrepreneur Mauro Caroccia could concern what happened in Piedmont before 17 December 2024. The watershed date is December 16th, when “Le 5 Forchette”, the limited company that manages the Roman restaurant “Bisteccheria d’Italia”, was formally established in a notary’s office in Biella.

The Rome prosecutor’s office has already sent an invitation to appear for Miriam Caroccia, the entrepreneur’s 19-year-old daughter, hypothesizing crimes that would have begun the following day, December 17. She and her father will be heard tomorrow in Rome. The company was formed in Biella by the then undersecretary of justice Andrea Delmastro with three exponents of Fdi in Piedmont (Cristiano Franceschini, provincial secretary of the party and municipal councilor, Davide Eugenio Zappalà, regional councilor, and Elena Chiorino, former vice-president of the Region) plus Donatella Pelle, who is said to be the wife of Domenico Monteleone, a lawyer originally from Locri (Reggio Calabria) registered at the Turin Bar with offices also in Biella and Vercelli. Monteleone specializes in corporate law and corporate restructuring. In the courts of Turin, Ivrea, Biella and Vercelli he was curator of bankruptcy proceedings, liquidator and judicial commissioner in compositions with creditors.

The Piedmontese investigators will try to reconstruct, after having recovered the documents, the phases that led to the establishment of the “5 Forks”. Last March 5, in the office of the Biella accountant Luca Zambanini, both Mrs. Pelle and Chiorino, Franceschini and Zappalà sold their shares to Miriam Caroccia. At the moment the Turin proceedings appear to have no entries in the register of suspects. (or yet another example of bureaucratic management that ignores the boundaries of compatibility.
