The very young Out Offline have been called to open the Milazzo date of Carmen Consoli’s tour “TERRA CA NUN SENTI” at the Teatro al Castello on Thursday 8 AugustThe set will start at 9 pm and for the occasion the duo will present on stage their songs “Mai sola”, “171”, “Endless loop”, “Cicatrice allo specchio”, “Voci nella stanza” and “Chocolat”.

The artists comment: «Having the opportunity to open the concert of a unique and inimitable artist like Carmen Consoli is truly a dream for us; her musical world is fascinating as it combines elegance, refinement, tradition and innovation at the same time. Just think of songs like “Parole di burro” or “L’ultimo Bacio”, true pearls that move entire generations without time limits, or the song “A finestra” that offers a precise photograph of a cross-section of our society. For us who are approaching the world of music it is a point of reference; we are certainly animated by a common feeling which is that of telling in a sincere, spontaneous and dreamy way the time we live in by creating, through songs, metaphorical snapshots that in some way capture its essence».

Out Offline, namely Sonia (19 years old, voice) and Zaira Lo Giudice (18 years old, piano and voice), despite being very young, have already participated over the years in many training courses with some of the leading professionals on the Italian scene (Fabio and Ivan Lazzara, Luca Pitteri, Albert Hera, Manuel Frattini, Paola Folli, Rossana Casale, Barbara Cola, Mogol, Beppe Vessicchio, Serena Brancale and many others). Both Conservatory students – Sonia graduated in Jazz singing and specializing in the two-year course at the “Giuseppe Verdi” Conservatory in Milan and in the two-year course in Music Culture Media Performance at the State University of Milan, Zaira graduated in Jazz Piano at the “Arcangelo Corelli” Conservatory in Messina – have performed in various musical events and contests of national and international importance.

Out Offline was born with the intent of making the most of the creative vein of both components through a path characterized by a sparkling and sophisticated contamination of styles ranging from the sounds of electronic music, the colors of jazz, the liveliness of fusion, the unpredictability and reminiscences of R&B.
