The Higher Education Course in “Marketing for tourism development in the agricultural environment and in rural areas”, promoted by Coldiretti Calabria in collaboration with the University of Calabria – Department of Business and Legal Sciences (Descag), ended with the ceremony of delivery of the certificates.

The training course, launched in November 2024, involved agricultural entrepreneurs, young graduates and operators in the agritourism sector, offering useful tools to enhance the rural heritage of Calabria, with particular attention to the so -called “tourism of the roots”, which aims to rediscover the Calabrian origins to the Italians abroad. Franco Aceto, president of Coldiretti Calabria, said that “this course was a concrete investment for the future of Calabrian agriculture and for the relaunch of our territories through sustainable tourism. We are proud to have contributed to the formation of new skills that strengthen the link between the agricultural and tourist world, focused on traditions, identity and landscape.”
