The first appointments of lawyers of the free court by the provincial administration have arrived in some of the hundreds of cases in which it is brought before the courts. The first effects of the cancellation of the three lawyers of the Province from the special list reserved for lawyers of public bodies are therefore being felt at the UN. The decision taken at the beginning of December 2025 by the Council of the Bar Association led to the “emptying” of the Lawyers sector. A step that the Order took at the end of a proceeding started in the past months and based on the assumption that the sector of the institution, as organised, did not guarantee autonomy and independence to the three lawyers.
