The reclamation operations of the area located behind the Palacorvo began, which has long been reported by citizens as an area of degradation and insecurity. The state of abandonment in which the site paid had made it a critical point for the Crow neighborhood, fueling situations of petty crime and social unease.
At the same time, we will also proceed with the demolition of a dangerous shed present in the same area, in order to eliminate any possible risk for public safety.
“This intervention represents a fundamental step to restore decoration and livability to an area that has been left in neglect for too long – declares the city councilor Fabio Celia -. The reclamation and redevelopment of the site will not only guarantee greater safety to citizens, but will also contribute to improving the quality of life in the neighborhood.
A praise and a heartfelt thanks go to the Councilor for the Environment, Irene Colosimo, and to the Councilor for Management of the Territory, Pasquale Squillace, for starting and coordinating the cleaning, reclamation and remediation operations of the area. Their commitment has made it possible to set up a concrete and long -awaited action. “
The operations will continue in the next few days until complete recovery of the site, with the aim of returning to the community an area finally safe and decent.
