The appointment of the expert who will support the sole director of Catanzaro Servizi in the recovery process of the Municipality’s subsidiary company should be made official by the end of the year (there is now very little left). In all likelihood the nomination from the Chamber of Commerce, whose commission met in recent days to identify the professional, could arrive in the offices in Via Indipendenza and Palazzo De Nobili as early as tomorrow. A path foreseen by the Business Crisis and Insolvency Code established in 2017.
After the notification (which will arrive after the formal acceptance of the assignment) and the further obligations required by law, the negotiated procedure decided by the shareholders’ meeting of the subsidiary in mid-December will begin.
