The elections for the renewal of the collegial bodies for the two-year period 2025-27 at the University of Messina, held on 14 and 15 May 2025, have marked a historic turning point for the student association scene. Also in this return, all university associations have decided to join in a single coalition, converging in the Orum list.
An alliance that has met with an almost plebiscite consensus, confirming the strong rooting of Orum between the students and the success of the unitary strategy adopted.

On the Board of Directors, in the academic Senate and in the other higher bodies, the candidates of the great coalition obtained significant results, consolidating a transversal and widespread leadership. The university action result for the CNSU, which saw the Messina candidate Fabrizio Sbi triumph as the most voted at national level, also striking, reporting Messina in the main student representative body after six years.

Board of Directors
Dario Gallo (Morgana/Orum): 2435 preferences
Selene D’Arrigo (Claud): 1472 Preferences

Academic senate
Veronica allowed (Orum/Morgana): 1481 preferences
Christian Antonuccio (South): 1341 preferences
Chiara Fedele (countercurrent): 730 preferences
Aurelio Bringheli (Atreju): 646 preferences
Giada Guerrisi (Astra): 550 preferences

Superintendent Committee for University Sports Activities (CSASU)
Marco Parisi (Morgana/Orum): 1873 preferences
Michele Venturella (Udu): 962 Preferences
Marco La Spina (Urs) 884 Preferences (third that he will submit to Marco Parisi)

University action has achieved a historical result in Messina, With over 5100 votes out of 6200 voters, equal to 83% of the preferences.
The Messina candidate Fabrizio Sbilordo was elected as the first of the list and among the most voted at national level. Messina thus returns to being represented in the CNSU, after the election of Alessandra Rundo in 2019, also for university action.

These results highlight a strong involvement of students and a significant affirmation of local student associations.
