The evening of 22 May last in a well -known Fast Food of Vibo, where a young man was arrested by the State Police for the crimes of threat and resistance to public officials. A complaint in a state of freedom for the public official and refusal to provide their general information was also taken against it.
The intervention was triggered after a report to the unique emergency number 112 Nue, which brought a patrol of the police station flying to the scene. Once in the venue, the agents collected the testimonies of the employees, who reported that the young man, in evident state of agitation and without any apparent reason, had assumed a threatening and aggressive behavior, demanding the delivery of an order that had already been withdrawn previously. At the time of control, the man immediately expressed a provocative and non -collaborative attitude, refusing to provide his own personal details and addressing threats to the operators. Given the circumstances and the presence in the venue of numerous customers, including many minors, the agents have decided to remove it outside to avoid further disorders.
However, the young man continued to resist the outside, refusing to get on the service car and physically opposing resistance to the closure of the counter. At that point the use of safety handcuffs was necessary. During the journey to the police headquarters, the young man further aggravated his position by damaging the dividing panel of the passenger compartment with repeated kicks, forcing the patrol to a stop to check the damage.
Once identified in the police offices, it emerged that the subject was already known to the police, burdened by precedents and by prevention measures such as oral notice and “out of context” Daspo. Based on the investigations conducted and under the coordination of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, it was arrested.
Furthermore, the commissioner of Vibo Valentia has ordered the measure of the mandatory way sheet from the municipal area for three years against him, a provision carried out by the office of the anti -crime division measures.
