A girl autistic 19 years old, Jennifer CavallettiUmbrian of Spoletowas proclaimed Miss Courage 2023 by the owner of Miss Italy, Patrizia Mirigliani. After the coma, 14 surgical interventions and three years of suffering, Ilenia resumed her journey with a degree, a great desire to live and also to participate in Miss Italy.
