Mike Waltz took responsibility for having inserted the director of Atlantic in the reserved chat of the Pentagon on attacks on the Houthi. In an interview with Fox News, Donald Trump’s adviser admitted to “having made a mistake” thinking that it was “someone else” but also insinuated that Jeff Golberg “somehow managed to make his way in the Signal group”.
Waltz claims to have had the number of Golberg under another name “for an error of his staff”, of which he however “assumes full responsibility. It is obvious that I have not seen this loser in the chat”, added the councilor of Trump referring to the director of Atlantic.
The National Security Councilor called the case of the reserved chat of the Pentagon “embarrassing” in which the director of Atlantic was inserted for his mistake. “We will go all the way,” he assured by adding that he had Asked for help from Elon Musk. “With him we have the best technology available to understand what happened,” he said.
