“The president has repeatedly and consistently declared his availability for contact and negotiations” but “no scenario of freezing the conflict” in Ukraine “would suit us”: this was stated by the Kremlin spokesman, Dmitri Peskov, quoted by Tass, making reference to a Reuters article detailing points Putin may negotiate on.
