Accident with one injured this morning on Highway 114 in Scaletta Zanclea. At 7.45am there was a collision between a motoape and a motorcycle and the centaur was the one who got the worst of it, ending up on the ground after the impact with the motorbike which slipped on the pavement. It would appear that both vehicles were traveling in the direction of Messina when the collision occurred for reasons still under investigation. The motorcyclist was rescued by the 118 ambulance and taken in code yellow to the Polyclinic. The Carabinieri of the Messina Sud Company, the local police and Anas were on site.
