The governing bodies of the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria have approved the 2025 financial statements, closing with a profit of over 6.5 million euros. “A concrete result – it is written in a note – which consolidates a phase of financial stability and which paves the way for an important season for the University of Reggio”.
Boom in registrations and constant growth
The year 2025 also marks an increase in the number of registrations of more than 15% compared to the previous year and approximately 38% compared to two years ago.
Future prospects in the words of the Rector
“The numbers in this budget, together with the important growth trend in overall enrollments and enrollments – states the rector Giuseppe Zimbalatti – give us more serene prospects, despite the critical issues and the wide margins for improvement in the local and national reference framework.
The significant accounting record, associated with the significant increase in the number of students, gives the territory a public university that is even more ready to face the near future in terms of attractiveness, training offer for students and technological transfer for the entire territory”.
